潜艇鱼雷攻击可攻区域

攻击水面舰艇是潜艇的主要作战任务之一.潜艇发现目标后,对目标进行可攻区域的分析判断是潜艇后续占位攻击行动的基础和前提.以潜艇鱼雷攻击为背景,通过对鱼雷有效射击区域和鱼雷攻击可攻性的分析研究,得出潜艇鱼雷攻击极限攻击角和与之相对应的可攻区域,为潜艇鱼雷攻击的占位机动和火控系统仿真建模提供了参考依据,完善了潜艇鱼雷攻击作战使用理论.     

空降车着陆缓冲过程车体动态应力仿真研究

为了研究空降车着陆缓冲过程车体结构冲击响应,建立了车体有限元模型,运用显式有限元方法,结合实车空投试验的冲击加速度数据,以力的形式模拟车体着陆缓冲过程所受的冲击,仿真得到普通、恶劣和极限3种工况下着陆缓冲过程车体应力分布。结果表明:在3种着陆工况下,空降车左后立柱底端均为应力最大位置。研究结果可为空降车空投寿命预测及装备保障提供依据。     

采用3电平非均匀量化的脉冲编码策略

作为全数字发信机系统中广泛应用的一种脉冲编码技术,Delta-Sigma调制(Delta-Sigma Modulation, DSM)通过增加量化电平,能够实现调制性能的提升。但限于全数字发信机系统开关功放的具体结构,多电平DSM序列无法直接驱动后级功放电路。在传统3电平DSM基础上,通过引入面积等效原理和非均匀量化技术,提出了适用于开关功放的一种新的脉冲编码策略。理论分析和仿真结果表明,相比常规2电平DSM序列,采用该策略获得的调制脉冲序列具有更优的带内SNR和编码效率性能。     

农村小企业消防安全现状及对策研究

20世纪80年代兴起的农村工业小企业，为改革开放初期的经济发展发挥了显著作用，但由于在经济建设及发展过程中缺乏科学有效规划和消防安全管理，遗留了诸多火灾隐患。以福州市仓山区为例，深入分析了农村工业小企业存在的火灾隐患问题，并从火灾隐患的消防技术整改和强化消防管理两个方面提出具体对策。     

自然排烟设计中应注意的问题

自然排烟作为一种投资低廉、技术依赖性弱的防排烟方式在工程实践中被广泛采用，但在自然排烟的设计和施工中出现了许多不能真正实现防排烟功能的问题。从自然排烟口位置的设置、开启方式及自然排烟口面积的设计三个方面对自然排烟设计工程实践中存在的问题及改进的方法进行了探索性分析，为自然排烟设计提供了依据。     

我国边民证的使用和防伪

目前，我国在中朝、中蒙、中缅、中越、中老（挝）、中尼（泊尔）边境地区实行特殊的边民出入境管理，通过签发边民证方便往来，维护国家安全和边境地区的稳定。但现行边民证防伪技术含量较低，在使用中容易出现造假现象。当务之急是提高边民证的防伪性能，加强边境管理和查验，以促进边境地区的经济发展和社会稳定。     

住宅小区消防给水设计问题探讨

住宅小区消防给水设计不同于城市给水设计,也有别于普通建筑给水设计,在一个住宅小区内可以考虑消防给水系统设施的共享,建立区域消防给水系统。以两个住宅小区的消防给水设计为例,从水泵结合器的设置,消防水泵、屋顶消防水箱以及自动喷洒给水系统的共用等方面对区域消防给水设计进行了讨论。     

The structural origins of social cohesion: the dynamics of micro-solidarity in 1991–1995 Wars of Yugoslav Succession

This article explores the dynamics of social cohesion on the frontline. It attempts to show how micro-level solidarities largely depend on macro level organisational processes. I argue that frontline social cohesion is often the product of social development linked with the organisational structure. This general argument is applied to the case studies of two armed forces involved in the 1991–1995 Wars of Yugoslav Succession – the Croatian Army (HV) and the Bosnian Serb Army (VRS). Drawing on in-depth interviews with the former combatants I show how HV social cohesion played an important role in winning the war and how these networks of micro-level solidarity were shaped by long term organisational development.     

The strategic purpose of individual augmentee officers for junior partners in multinational military operations

ABSTRACT

This article examines the strategic purpose of Individual Augmentee Officers (IAOs) for junior partners in multinational military operations through an exploratory case study of Danish IAOs in Iraq and South Sudan between 2014 and 2017. IAOs are individual officers who are moved from their normal functions to be seconded to other units of the armed forces of their own or another country or an international institution. The study concludes that IAOs function as strategically important, yet not necessarily indispensable, supplements to military contingents in several ways: making tangible contributions to the overall mission (contributing), gaining access to information, knowledge, and experience (learning), and lobbying decision-making processes within mission headquarters (lobbying). The usefulness of IAOs depends on whether the junior partner has specific interests and a significant presence in the theatre and whether the mission is conducted as a UN mission, a NATO mission, or an ad hoc coalition.
